ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a fun, energetic & passionate Retail Manager to manage our beautiful Port Elliot boutique. This role can be offered as either a full time or part time role to suit you.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

Team leadership:

Leading a tight knit, engaged, positive and high performing team to success.

Ongoing team training, development and regular checkins and reviews.

Living our values and upholding all standards and procedures.

Customer experience and sales:

Delivering an exceptional in store customer experience for every Daisy & Hen customer (we have the best customers and are famous for our service!)

Building genuine relationships and a community within and around your store, creating a welcoming and warm space for people to enjoy.

Meet revenue and financial metrics and KPIs

Product and Visual Merchandising

Be a passionate and enthusiastic advocate and expert for our range of brands and products by staying engaged and up to date on arrivals, product knowledge and the industry.

Maintain a high level of inspirational visual merchandising and in store presentation, including your back of house.

Administration

Maintain accurate stock on hand across your store, including managing stocktakes and minimising stock loss.

Complete the day to day operational and administration tasks, rostering and wage management, optimising expenses, reporting etc.

This role is offered permanent part time or full time - your choice. For part time, we are looking for a minimum of 8 days / 50 hours per fortnight, or up to full time: 10 days / 76 hours per fortnight. This will include rotating Saturday shifts (but no Sundays or late nights).

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

You have retail experience (management is not essential) You have a willingness to learn, a passion for our products and a positive can do attitude.

You understand [and love] all things stock: inventory management, visual merchandising and best seller reports are your jam.

A passion and affinity for our products - essential. MUST LOVE CUTE BABY THINGS AND JELLYCATS!

Microsoft Office and PC proficient - essential.

WHAT WE HAVE ON OFFER:

A part time or full time role at our Port Elliot store location. The flexibility to work with us to establish a roster that works for you. There will be regular rotating Saturday work but no Sundays or late nights!

A FTE annual salary of $65,000 + super plus 2 generous incentive programs, a quarterly sales and an annual profit share.
