The Role

Due to the team's growth, our client is looking to recruit a talented and ambitious corporate lawyer with at least 3 years plus post-admission experience. This role is open to corporate lawyers at the Associate, Senior Lawyer, Senior Associate or even Special Counsel level.

The transactions are complex and you will have the opportunity to work on private and public M&A deals, ECM transactions, cross border deals, private equity transactions.

You will be at the coal face and depending on your seniority you will be managing and building client relationships.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• at least 3 years plus post admission experience in the area of corporate law and M&A
• strong technical skills
• strong drafting and advisory skills
• excellent communication skills
• commercial acumen
• drive and ambition
