Naldham House is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist with The Fifty Six Restaurant Operations.

This role will report to the Restaurant Manager - The Fifty Six.

We are looking for someone hands on, highly organised with the ability to lead and inspire a large team.

Naldham House is a heritage listed venue in Brisbane City, which opened in July 2024 with The fifty Six opening on the top floor in February 2025.

Role Description Outline:

Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations

Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction

Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

Assist with creating detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

Train and develop staff

Assist with Implementing policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
