The heart of the position

• Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
• Ensure smooth and efficient running of the clinicians’ treatment facility
• Patient liaison, communicating the need for treatment to our patients in a timely, educated and professional manner
• Instrument sterilisation, infection control and perparation of the surgeries
• Chair side assistance to our clinicians across various dental procedures
• High-end patient care, including building and maintaining relationships with all patients in a friendly and warm manner
• Greeting and assisting patients in our care
• Dental surgery upkeep and maintenance of the premises to a very high standard of cleanliness and tidiness
