About the role

Deliver high level technical services and laboratory support service in an environment of population growth and expanding client base as a member of the Metro North Oral Health Services (MNOHS) team.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Provide high level Dental Technical Services for Oral Health clinicians within one or more Oral Health Teams, in accordance with professional and ethical standards and to facilitate quality outcomes in service delivery and client care.
• Participate in the development of policies, procedures and technical practice and quality and service improvement activities to continually improve patient care.
• Demonstrate well developed communication skills to provide advice and support to peers and consultation and reporting to management.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, training and support to junior staff and technicians across the district.
