A multibillion-dollar hospitality company is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support the Head of FP&A and get involved in major process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
• Prepare and analyse key financial reports and management information
• Partner with business units to deliver insight-driven analysis and drive performance
• Contribute to monthly financial reviews, variance analysis, and executive reporting
• Assist in the development and improvement of financial models and planning tools
• Play a key role in finance process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements

Your background:

• Proven experience as a Finance/FP&A Analyst
• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
• Previous experience with process optimisation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
