About the role:

• Advise on investment services, capital markets, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate insolvency and reconstructions
• Assist with due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for high-profile clients.
• Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance.

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years' PQE in regulated M&A and/or ECM from a recognised corporate team or firm.
• Australian Legal Qualification & Admission.
• Strong commercial acumen with strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
