ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary role of the pharmacy assistant is to provide exceptional customer care that develops relationships with customers, that ensures repeat business and the long-term success and positive reputation of the pharmacy.

• Golden Rule: Every customer leaves the pharmacy content in the fact that their needs have been met.
• Customers are a priority
• Approach all customers and ensure they receive exceptional product information and advice.
• Accept prescriptions from customers and ensure correct patient details are recorded.
• Serve customers and process sales through our point of sale
• Unpack orders and enter data into our point of sale

20-38 HOURS WORK AVAILABLE …VERY FLEXIBLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
