About the role:
We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our fun and supportive team in our 2 stores in Ballarat (Wendouree and Alfredton)!

Duties:
• Provide excellent customer service and complete register sales at the front of the pharmacy;
• Provide non-therapeutic advice and recommendations;
• Work with the team to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services;
• Manage and replenish stock;
• Manage expectations of our valuable customers.

Skills and Experience:
• Previous retail and customer service experience;
• S2/S3 certificate is highly regarded but not required;
• Eftpos, point of sale and cash handling experience essential;
• Strong communication and customer service skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• No pharmacy experience required!
