As the Principal Project Officer, you will lead lead and coordinate strategic engagement initiatives and activities to support integration across System Procurement Branch and Corporate Services Division.
What you'll do
- Play a key role in the delivery of a joint engagement strategy to support a coordinated approach to engagement with Hospital and Health Services and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee the design, development and delivery of engagement initiatives within System Procurement Branch.
- Produce both operational and high-level strategic engagement collateral and documentation.
- Maintain effective high-level relationships and stakeholder engagement networks with officers both internally to the Branch and across the Division.
- Prepare timely and accurate briefings, reports, presentations and other documentation related to engagement initiatives in accordance with Queensland Health guidelines, policies and procedures.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
- Highly developed project management skills and the demonstrated ability to plan and implement complex projects on time, in a large organisation, with multiple stakeholder perspectives.
- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to deliver high quality work in a demanding professional environment.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience developing collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex information from a variety of sources to make informed recommendation.
