Our team in Sydney is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Digital Project Manager/Web Producer, who is passionate about digital solutions and web technologies, to support our existing and new clients.

The websites we build are powered by Content Management Systems (CMS). Knowledge of specific CMS systems we implement (Sitecore and Umbraco) would be an advantage but not essential as we will train you up.

As a Digital Project Manager/Producer, you are a creative thinker who brings knowledge of our customer's business, brand, customers and vision into your engagements. You are an organised and disciplined person, adept at handling the challenges of managing multi-disciplinary teams to drive the delivery of digital experiences to surpass the ambitions of our clients. You exude positivity, and build lasting relationships with project stakeholders.

You will become part of a strong delivery team where you will be mentored and guided by your experienced Delivery colleagues, while also be given the opportunity to bring your own ideas and flavour to the team and our processes and culture.

You will become a key part of the team, based in the Sydney / Melboune, working local AEST office hours from home. You will also work closely with Codehouse colleagues in London and Colombo to leverage Codehouse systems and standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Concurrently manage and be responsible for a range of projects from inception to completion, together with your Delivery colleagues

Ensure that your projects meet or exceed the expectations of your clients

Ensure your teams have what they need to deliver exceptional quality digital products at all times

Work with business stakeholders to define and document functionality as part of the Solution roadmapping activity

Document tickets in JIRA for the Development team.

Monitoring project budget in relation to progress towards completion and will take corrective action to ensure these are in step

Project governance – manage change control where the scale of changes cannot be managed through conventional agile processes; maintain project RACI; risk logs and status reports for submission to Codehouse management and clients as necessary

Maintain scrupulous project documentation

Organise client and internal meetings

Running your projects using Scrum / Kanban agile methodologies and be able to explain and reinforce the benefits of using these methodologies to your clients

Assist in QA Testing when required, to ensure that digital solutions meet business requirements.

Develop clear comprehensive user manuals, training materials and guides for new digital systems and processes.

Provide hands-on training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use digital systems and solutions.

Continually monitor estimates versus actuals to allow you to make continual refinements to your project plans

Tightly manage project scope at all times and tackle scope change conversations with clients

Have a passion for helping to drive and evangelise improvements to Codehouse internal processes

Skills or experience required:

Minimum 1-3 years managing digital projects of various complexities

A good understanding of web technologies and web development processes

Experience working with commercial content management systems preferred – practical experience using Sitecore XP or XMCloud would be a bonus

MS Project; Jira; Confluence; MS Office software suite

ScrumMaster certification and/or other Agile certification is a bonus

Highly organised

Be obsessed with attention to detail

Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills

A proactive attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to contribute to a successful project

To be considered for this position you must:

And be passionate about helping customers succeed digitally and be able to communicate effectively across multiple people and engagements simultaneously

Have current and valid eligibility to work in Australia

Be a confident communicator, with fluent written and spoken English

Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise and manage own time
