Your next career opportunity
As a Digital Producer within Digital Experience and Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the university's digital presence. You'll have the opportunity to create, edit, and publish engaging faculty-related content while ensuring adherence to web standards. Your expertise in user-centred design and content management systems will be crucial in shaping strategically important user journeys and driving ambitious uplift initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Create and Publish Engaging Experiences: Work with various stakeholders to produce timely and effective web content and experiences that drives strategic user journeys.
Implement User-Centred Design: Apply design principles to create high-value digital assets that enhance user experience across university platforms.
Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with key faculty members to understand and capture requirements effectively.
Prioritise and Balance Workload: Effectively manage support requests, maintenance, and long-term project goals using Agile methodologies.
You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced digital professional with a strong background in website development, user-centred design, and content management systems, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
You may also:
- Have extensive experience in building and maintaining websites that adhere to university web standards and guidelines.
- Possess deep familiarity with user-centred design principles and creating engaging web experiences.
- Demonstrate proficiency in content management systems, preferably Squiz Matrix.
- Have strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excel in stakeholder management and collaboration.
- Possess very strong written and verbal communication skills.
