ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key player in our data-driven decision-making process, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and data solutions, ensuring data initiatives align with strategic goals. Your role will focus on analysing and transforming data into actionable insights, empowering Custom Fleet to make informed business decisions.

You will make an impact through:

• Using various techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops) to gather business requirements
• Shaping business requirements by suggesting alternatives and improvements
• Documenting and analysing current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Analysing complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making
• Translating business needs into data requirements and provide data-driven solutions

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will present with the following background and skills:

• Degree qualified in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Come with professional certifications such as CCBA, Six Sigma, OCEB2, or CSM
• Hold a Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP)
• 6+ years of experience in a Senior or Lead Business Analyst role
• Expertise in data migration and integration processes, along with tool design skills (e.g., Visio, Miro, Figma)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with knowledge of BA methodologies and governing bodies (e.g., BABOK, BPMN, IIBA)
