Role we are searching for is a Senior Operations Coordinator.

The operations role is office based at Melbourne Airport to coordinate the import and export of horses. In this role you will liaise with various stakeholders including airlines, vets, laboratories, road transport companies, customers and IRT offices.

The position is geared towards making sure the import and export customer experience is seamless whilst customising each experience with individual customers.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Customer service experience.

Interest in, and sound understanding of horses, particularly equestrian fields (dressage, showjumping etc).

Client and stakeholder management experience.

Detail oriented with proven organisational skills.

Computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software programs.

Strong IT and administration skills with.

The ability to take the lead and solve problems.

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Possess strong attention to detail.

Work in an office based, team environment.

Note: Ability to operate on both AU and EU/UK time zones, whoever is in the role needs to be available outside of regular office hours (from time to time).
