We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Manager to manage the daily operations of a dedicated portfolio. The ideal candidate will maintain positive relationships with clients and creditors and ensure properties are well-maintained while maximising profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties.

Maintain positive tenant and landlord relations and address concerns promptly.

Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations.

Work with contractors and maintenance teams to uphold property standards.
