About your new employer:

About the role:

• Provide intellectual property advice across diverse industry sectors, including litigation regarding patents, trademarks, brand protection, licensing and Australian Consumer Law issues;
• Provide advice on privacy matters, including privacy regulatory compliance, data breach notifications, privacy impact assessments and contractual privacy issues;
• Working closely with highly experienced Partners coming out from top-tier firms

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer to Senior Associate (3-5+ PQE).
• Demonstrable experience and passion for IP.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in the use of IP databases and case management software
• Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
