ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from our Alexandria office. Your contributions will help ensure that our recruitment processes run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, providing outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to create job ads, screen resumes, schedule phone screens and interviews, improve recruitment processes, ensure compliance, and support our active search processes.

Maintain organised candidate databases, assist in preparing recruitment reports and ensure the integrity of data and recruitment documentation in the ATS.

Foster transparent communication with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners, promote National 360’s values and service delivery philosophy, and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes and quality.

Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and personal development opportunities, contributing to continuous improvement and recruitment strategies.

ABOUT YOU

1+ years of experience in a similar administrative or recruitment support role.

Full Australian working rights.

Experience using JobAdder is preferrable.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
