RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full Responsibility for Revenue Growth across Service and Commissioning
  
• Drive a True Customer Focused culture
• Drive a culture of operational excellence
• Manage the financial and operational performance
• Implement robust project contract controls
• Monitoring and reporting into senior management
• Establish and maintain effective long-term client partnerships
• Drive future growth through securing new contracts

• HVAC, Controls or Allied Industry Experience
• Strong Commercial Acumen and Team Leadership
• Service and Operations Management skills
• Key Account Management
• Contract Management and Negotiation
