The Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Officer to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
ยท Provide reception and administrative support to the team and management
ยท Manage correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries professionally
ยท Maintain accurate records and perform data entry for compliance and reporting
ยท Assist with rostering, scheduling, and document preparation
ยท Support HR, finance, and operational teams as needed
ยท Ensure confidentiality and adherence to NDIS guidelines
Skills & Experience
ยท Previous experience in an administrative role (disability sector preferred)
ยท Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ยท High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
ยท Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
ยท Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team
ยท Understanding of NDIS requirements (desirable)
