Workfast is looking for a trade assistant to join the team in Crestmead, QLD.

• $36 p/h
• Ongoing work
• Monday - Friday
• 7am - 3pm

Our client is a well respected cable supplier who been proudly manufacturing in QLD for over 25 years. For over 20 years they have held the reputation of the leading electrical cable supplier when it comes to quality, flexibility and reliable service.

What you will be doing

• Assisting tradies with welding and other duties
• Using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Demonstrating a high level of of safe work practices
• Showing reliability and dependability to attend shifts on-time every time
• Demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.

What you need

• Current Drivers Licence (essential)
• Forklift ticket (essential)
• Prior welding and warehousing experience (highly regarded)
• Effective time management skills
• Good communication skills
• Safety Conscious
