This position is with Triple H which is part of MSS Group. Triple H specialises in minor and major building upgrades for retail banking outlets. Construction projects undertaken by Triple H include commercial, large capital works, residential multi-story, recreational and sporting facilities, significant refurbishments, structural and remedial works, technology and brand installations. Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. You'll be working on retail fit-outs and refurbishment projects ranging from $150K to $4M in value. You’ll be managing subcontractors, liaising with clients, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality requirements.

The role is full-time, permanent and based at our office in Kirrawee. The normal working hours are 8 AM - 5 PM. You will report to the Senior Project Manager, and work alongside other Project Manager, Builder and Estimators and have a dedicated Project Coordinator to support with admin tasks. Interstate travel may be required from time to time to support project start-up and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from concept to completion

Oversee subcontractor performance and site operations

Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders

Coordinate project schedules, materials, and site logistics

Monitor quality, WHS compliance, and reporting

Support budget management and cost control

Use Pronto, Procore, Rapid, MS Projects , Cubit tools as required

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Foreman, Construction Manager or similar related role

A Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

A trade qualification or builder’s licence (preferred)

Proven experience in retail fit-outs, office refurbishments, or similar commercial projects (preferred)

Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills

Exceptional time management and organisational abilities

Solid understanding of WHS and construction compliance

Banking retail fit-out experience highly regarded

Willingness to travel interstate when required
