We are currently looking for experienced Production Operators with a great attitude to start ASAP in our client located in Kingsgrove and surrounding Southern Suburbs.

Day/Afternoon Night shifts available with rates starting from $31.23 - $38!

To be considered for these positions, you will:

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
  
• Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability
  
• Perform machine set ups changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing.
  
• Maintain quality of products associated documentation according to specifications
  
• Communicate with support departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material handlers - escalate in case of deviations and issues.
  

The successful candidate will require:

• A minimum 6mths experience working as a Production Operator in either food sites or pharmaceutical.
  
• Experience with batch recording, dispensing, mixing and filling machines, melting tank, packaging and refining machine.
  
• Machine/Line setups and changeovers.
  
• Familiar with HACCP
  
• Can read and write English to be able to complete quality checks and forms.
  
• Computer literate
  
• Team player and good communication skills
  
• Fast learner and open to change and try new approaches
  
• Continuous improvement mindset
  
• Working along the production Plan and equipment
  
• Cleaning and maintaining manufacturing equipment
  
• Must have full working rights with no limitations.
  
• LF licence (not essential but would be highly preferred)
