The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified CA/CPA finance professional to step into a pivotal role within a high-performing finance team. Working closely with the GM Finance, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and delivering high-impact insights to stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-of-month close process and prepare P&L statements for multiple entities
• Deliver variance analysis and insightful commentary on financial performance
• Ensure general ledger accuracy and maintain robust reconciliations
• Partner with GMs, Regional Partners (RPs), and Clinic Commercial Specialists (CCSs) to analyse and interpret financial results
• Prepare quarterly dividend calculations
• Support continuous business improvement initiatives and ad hoc financial projects
• Assist in year-end audits and liaise with external auditors

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business
• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial or chartered accounting environment
• Strong understanding of Australian accounting and tax regulations
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Full Australian working rights
