About the Role:

As a Service Manager, you will:

Ensure the client journey after sales and initial installation is maintained at optimum levels.

Plan and ensure the team's journey is step up and successful.

Conduct service and maintenance on residential and commercial solar systems.

Diagnose and repair solar PV, battery storage, and energy management systems.

Educate and advise customers on energy-saving opportunities.

Identify upsell opportunities for additional services, upgrades, or new installations.

Prepare and present quotes to customers.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

About You:

Qualified Electrician with a current Queensland Electrical Licence.

Solar accreditation (CEC) or willingness to obtain.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend solutions.

Current driver’s licence and ability to travel as required.
