We're a well-established not-for-profit dedicated to [insert cause/mission if known], and we're on the lookout for a Systems & Support Administrator to join our close-knit IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a broad technical background who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Role:

As the Systems & Support Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our internal systems and users are supported and secure. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day support, while also taking ownership of systems administration tasks across our Windows environment.

This is a varied role covering Level 1 through Level 3 responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on support and backend systems work.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end IT support to staff (L1-L3), troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Administer and maintain Windows-based systems and services.

Manage Active Directory, including user provisioning, group policy, and security permissions.

Support and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.

Monitor and respond to security alerts via Microsoft Sentinel.

Work closely with the broader team to support ongoing IT projects and improvements.

Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a Systems or IT Support role, ideally across L1-L3.

Strong skills in:

Windows Server and Desktop environments

Active Directory administration

Microsoft Intune (device and policy management)

Microsoft Sentinel (basic security alert monitoring/response)

A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A genuine passion for helping others and being part of a mission-led organisation.
