We're seeking a dedicated, honest and experienced Car Wash Attendant to join our team on a regular ongoing casual basis. This role is all about ensuring the smooth daily operations of our facility, which includes some basic mechanical maintenance and providing excellent personal service to our valued customers!

Working Hours:

Wednesday and Thursday: generally 5 hour days, with possibility for longer days over warmer weather. Standard hours are 10am to 3pm (with some flexibility).

This is a casual ongoing job for work on Wednesday and Thursday, with the possibility of working other days, in the absence of other work employees

Responsibilities:

Ensure effective operation of the car wash facility and deliver outstanding customer service to customers.

Ensure the car wash site is well presented and clean.

Conduct scheduled cleaning and maintenance of all car wash and dog wash equipment.

Operate carwash equipment and ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of machinery.

Work primarily outside and demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised with great enthusiasm.

Greet and interact with customers with a warm smile, ensuring they are happy and receive a great experience.

Manage and direct traffic flow

Follow company and customer safety policies and procedures and communicate effectively at all levels.

Requirements:

Carwash experience or similar role preferred but training will be provided.

Familiarity with operating and maintaining an auto wash machine or other similar-type machine preferable but not essential.

The ability to carry out routine cleaning of the carwash and dogwash equipment and maintain a clean site.

Ability to clean and maintain wash bays effectively.

Ability to adhere to processes and procedures with precision

Mechanical mind for troubleshooting and fixing issues.

Have a clear police record.

Good physical health to work outdoors and undertake some labour.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
