Food Services Administration Site Supervisor

• Casual (no minimum hours)
• Hourly rate: $51.04 per hour (includes 25% casual loading)
• Location: Croydon

Maroondah City Council is seeking a person who is highly motivated, flexible, pays attention to detail and able to work unsupervised to join our Meals on Wheels team.

You will be required to ensure the smooth operations of the service for existing and new clients and volunteers when staff are not available for site supervision.

You will have:

• demonstrated experience in making a positive difference to the lives of seniors who have support needs, ideally in the community-based aged care sector
• demonstrated ability to work with our valued volunteers, providing them with guidance as required
• excellent writing, speaking and listening customer service skills and a healthy commitment to contributing to positive team culture
• confidence in computer use including MS Outlook, MS Teams and client management database system/s
• excellent time management and organisational ability to remain responsive in a busy work environment where our clients rely on us for their meals
• willingness to deliver meals and undertake food safety training, as required (standard Victorian drivers’ licence)

As part of our selection process, you may be required to have pre-employment checks. (Psychometric Assessment, CrimCheck and Working with Children Check).
