$70M multi-tower (staged), mid-rise unit project – over 24 months.

IMMEDIATE START on offer $150,000 - $175,000+Super.

An excellent Brisbane based building contractor has a requirement for a Finishes Foreman to join its team on a unit project 15k’s South of Brisbane CBD. The projects first 6-level tower is at the start of the internal fit-out and requires a strong Finishes Site Foreman to help deliver the development on time to a high standard. The project has a total value of $70M across 3-towers and has 140 units + basement parking, swimming pool ands recreational areas.

The company is an established, Brisbane based unit contractor who employ strong safety systems and processes in-keeping with a mid-tier builder. This is a staged, long-term projects with a programme over 24 months.

The position will report directly to the Site Manager and you will be focused exclusively on the finishes on apartment projects; Your duties will include;

Management of multiple finishes trades and site personnel

Sequencing

Driving site productivity

Helping push and hit the construction programme

Managing all the internal finishes elements of the apartment

Managing OHS and Site Safety

Managing the finishes to a high standard

Reducing any defects

Candidate Requirements;

Experience working on multi-unit, high-rise residential and commercial construction projects

Carpentry trade background ideal

Worked as a Finishes Foreman for established building contractors or builder developers

Unit project experience

Ability to manage and sequence finishes trades.

Holds safety as a priority.

A strong eye for detail

Will have worked as a Finishes Foreman on several apartment projects – demonstrating success and high performance

Able to provide references from previous employers
