THE EMPLOYER:

Our Client is a provider of Program Management services to Australian Commonwealth and Defence agencies, engaged in managing the implementation of a major program of Defence.

THE ROLE:

In this pivotal role, you'll be working under Commonwealth Commercial to deliver "Rough Order of Magnitude" (ROM) and Cost Model analyses inform Government investment decisions. You'll also be responsible for preparing commercial-related Investment Committee submissions for Defence and identifying potential efficiencies and cost savings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in financial strategies and policies
• Excel cost modelling experience in Defence environment
• Experience with (ROM) and Cost Model analysis
• Project risks experience
• Experience managing highly complex or sensitive finance functions, projects, and work programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Defence Capability Lifecycle
