The Organisation
As a fast-growing, NDIS-registered provider, we’re proud to be founded and led by people with lived experience of disability. Our work is grounded in authenticity, community, and a genuine belief in inclusion. With over 650 dedicated staff and a unique Neighbourhood Team model, we deliver person-centred supports that empower individuals to live their lives, their way.
The Role
We’re on the lookout for a proactive, solutions-focused Clinical & Quality Coordinator to join our National Services Team. This is a newly created position that plays a key role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant service delivery across the country.
You'll partner closely with our Clinical Advisor and Quality Advisor to oversee critical clinical and quality processes—such as incident management, restrictive practice management, and clinical intake assessments. You’ll also provide coaching, support, and practical advice to our local teams, helping them navigate complex situations with confidence and care.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, values collaboration, and wants to make a meaningful difference—while enjoying the flexibility of working from home within a supportive and connected team.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong clinical acumen with a coaching mindset and a passion for empowering others.
At My Supports, we work by the motto: “The answer is yes, unless it can’t be.” You’ll embrace that mindset—helping teams navigate challenges to support client choice and dignity of risk, while ensuring safety and compliance remain front and centre.
You are confident, curious, and not afraid to ask questions, challenge assumptions, or look for better ways of doing things.
You’ll also bring:
A qualification in Nursing (Enrolled Nurse or equivalent), Allied Health, or a related field (AHPRA registration highly regarded)
Experience in the disability, health, or community services sectors
Understanding of reportable incidents, restrictive practices, and clinical intake procedures
Familiar with quality frameworks and compliance systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organisational abilities
Comfort with Microsoft Office and clinical/quality systems
Why Join Us?
Flexibility – Work from home in a role that values outcomes, not hours
Collaboration – Join a supportive, close-knit national team that’s here to help
Growth – Be part of an organisation that invests in innovation and continuous learning
Purpose – Know your work has a direct, positive impact on people’s lives
Commitment to Diversity
We are committed to creating a workplace that reflects and respects the diversity of the communities we support. We strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disability, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. We are happy to make adjustments to support your participation in the recruitment process.

Please submit a current resume and a cover letter (maximum 2 pages) that tells us why you're a great fit for this role.
