This administration-focused role involves managing property information, populating agreements, and maintaining accurate records. You will handle inbound and outbound calls (predominately from existing property owners), updating of the CRM system, and support internal teams and external partners in the development and on-going management of Specialist Disability Accommodation projects.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management: Use our CRM system to manage property and client data, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible.
Contract Administration – Drafting and maintaining agreements ensuring terms are consistent with company standards, sending agreements through Office 365 and Zoho Apps.
Communication with Property Owners: Regularly communicate with Owners regarding property outcomes, inquiries, issues, and updates. Provide detailed reports and responses in a timely and professional manner.
Issue Resolution: Identify and follow up on any issues or concerns raised by investors, clients, or internal teams, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research to gather relevant data on property areas and particular builds across Australia. Use this data to inform decision-making and provide accurate insights for stakeholders.
Team Collaboration and Autonomy: Work closely with a small team to ensure smooth operations, while also being a self-starter capable of managing your workload independently and prioritising tasks effectively.
Develop a solid understanding of the Specialist Disability Accommodation sector and how that impacts on people with disabilities.
Represent Adapt Housing at a variety of internal and external events.
Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience in property administration, preferably within the disability or accommodation sector.
Teamwork: Ability to work and communicate effectively with a team to ensure effective outcomes for both property owners and tenants.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with investors, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (or the ability to quickly learn new software) to track property data, communications, and agreements.
Time Management and Organisational Skills: Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, especially when managing property information and agreements.
Computer literacy.
Preferred:
Professional experience in the Human Services or Housing Sector, not required but preferred.
Prior experience in managing relationships in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Experience working with the NDIS or with people with disability.
