Residential Valuer / Senior Valuer to join a top-tier International Property Valuations & Advisory firm. This role is to take over the Sutherland Shire / St George patch for their well-performing Sydney team.

This is a ‘bells & whistles’ type of firm where there is plenty of opportunity to advance with a progression to Area Manager on the cards for the right person.

The firm also encourages the opportunity to move internally with their promotion of cross training into Commercial & then Specialist Commercial Valuations sectors down the track.

The Role:

• Southerland Shire / St George Patch
• Efficient and Advanced reporting platform
• Big bonuses – consistent volume
• $110,000 + 50% over 2.3x
• Support from 2 Principals and Sydney Manager
• Progression to Area Manager
• Volume of mortgage, private and desktops
• CPV qualified and Residential Valuation experience
