The Role
Working alongside a professional, high performing and dedicated team in a well renowned non-profit organisation that leads from the front with diversity and inclusivity, this role will be responsible for successfully implementing SAP SuccessFactors to streamline payroll processes and optimise functionality.
Main responsibilities include:
- Review and clean current payroll master data to ensure accuracy prior to being loaded to the new system
- Ensure the payroll data is compliant with legal, employment, tax and compliance requirements
- Review current payroll processes to identify and roll out process improvements as well as best practice use of SAP SuccessFactors across various unique functions of the organisation
- Create Standard Operating Procedures, training documents and process mapping
- Demonstrate a strong NFP governance framework knowledge, including SCHADS award payroll interpretation
- Work closely with the payroll manager, project manager and various stakeholders across the business to train, guide and build best practice use of SAP SuccessFactors
- Deliver User Acceptance Testing across the organisation and training support to the payroll team
Requirements
- Strong payroll knowledge and experience, ideally in a payroll management capacity in a complex non-profit environment
- A proven track record of managing the end-to-end implementation of a payroll system including cleaning master payroll data, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors or another similar payroll system
- A knowledge of the SCHADS Awards and NFP governance, including fringe benefits and salary sacrificing
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a timely and effective way with various teams to lead User Acceptance Testing, provide training across unique functions on best practice use and roll out SOPs
