Key responsibilities

• Perform business and systems analysis, which may include requirements and issue analysis, specification and documentation of requirements for new or enhancements to systems, and evaluation of application software packages to ensure appropriateness and integration to Council's corporate systems.
• Application support including problem resolution and support call management, lodgement and tracking of issues, report specification and writing, and Data Extract / Import.
• Project delivery within agreed timeframes and budgetary constraints, including management of evaluations, acceptance testing and training for application implementation and upgrades
• Business Relationship Management including the facilitation of Application Support Group meetings and other meetings with stakeholders to determine both strategic and operational directions including change management.
• Effective management of an application through its lifecycle, ensure effectiveness and best use of the application on behalf of the business, monitor the cost and performance of the applications over time

Essential requirements

• Expertise in TechnologyOne Property and Rating application or equivalent enterprise application.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL and TSQL database language, and Microsoft SQL Server database management tools
• Strong project management and organisation skills to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, a variety of stakeholder expectations and influencing and achieving preferred business outcomes
• Qualifications and experience in project management
• Local Government experienced preferred
