If you’ve got at least two years’ experience in a reputable business services environment and have started your CA or CPA, this could be your next big opportunity.

We’re currently looking for Intermediate Accountants who are passionate about helping businesses succeed and who want to sharpen their skills in an environment that offers both technical exposure and genuine career development.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in a high-performing Business Advisory team, working closely with supervisors, managers and directors to deliver high-quality accounting, taxation and advisory services to a diverse client base.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing financial statements, tax returns and reports for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals

Managing GST, PAYG, BAS and IAS obligations

Participating in client meetings and helping resolve queries directly

Preparing journals, reconciliations, and workpapers

Supporting billing processes and identifying areas to improve client experience

Getting involved in continuous improvement and professional development initiatives

📚 What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Business Services or Tax environment

Currently completing your CA or CPA qualification

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Commerce

Solid grasp of accounting concepts, tax fundamentals and cloud-based systems (Xero, MYOB, etc.)

Great attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines and a strong desire to learn and grow

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’ll be working directly with clients
