A major bank in Melboure is seeking a Service Now Engineer with strong expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM), particularly for large-scale Disaster Recovery (DR) projects.

This is an initial 6 month contract highly likely to extend for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of ServiceNow solutions with a specific focus on BCM and DR modules.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows, automations, and processes that enhance continuity and recovery capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies within ServiceNow.
• Support the integration of ServiceNow with other ITSM tools and systems for end-to-end process automation and continuous improvement.
• Drive best practices in ServiceNow usage to ensure maximum uptime, recovery, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow platform configuration and integration within the context of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Risk Management.
• Support business continuity testing, audits, and reporting to ensure readiness in the event of a disaster.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues related to ServiceNow BCM and DR processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
• Strong understanding of BCM principles and DR planning, with direct experience working on large-scale DR projects.
• Financial Services desirable
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or similar modules is a plus.
• Strong automation skills with experience using ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, and scripting to automate processes.
