About the role

We are seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team at Harman Concreting in the Lockyer Valley, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the finishing and smoothing of concrete surfaces to a high standard. You will play a crucial role in delivering quality projects for our clients. We do a range of commercial, rural and residential works.

What you'll be doing

Pouring and spreading concrete to specified depths and levels

Finishing concrete surfaces using trowels, screeds and other tools

Ensuring a smooth, even and high-quality finish on all concrete work

Identifying and resolving any issues or defects in the concrete work

Working closely with the wider construction team to meet project deadlines

Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher

Strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and best practices

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Relevant qualifications or certifications in concreting or construction would be an advantage

Drivers licence is required
