About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Labourer to join our team at True Northern Concrete in Townsville, QLD. In this casual position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our concrete operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the mixing, pouring, and finishing of concrete on construction sites
• Operating equipment such as concrete mixers, vibrators, and power tools
• Preparing and cleaning work areas, tools, and equipment
• Following all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Supporting the team in completing tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Concrete Labourer or in a similar construction role
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual labour tasks
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and the ability to follow instructions
