We are seeking skilled and experienced Concreters for full-time roles within a busy precast manufacturing yard in the Brisbane area. This facility has a solid pipeline of projects and is well-known for producing high-quality precast elements used across large-scale construction and infrastructure developments.

You'll play a key role in ensuring concrete is poured, finished, and cured to the highest standard - contributing to structural elements that support critical projects.

Your Role

• Preparing moulds and surfaces for concrete pouring
• Pouring, spreading, screeding, and finishing concrete
• Monitoring curing process and ensuring quality standards are met
• Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and moulds

What We're Looking For

• Previous concreting experience, ideally within a precast or civil environment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
• Physically fit and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude

Requirements

• WHS White Card
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Previous experience working with precast concrete highly regarded

• Paid 7.2 ordinary hours/day + 0.80 RDO accrued daily
