We’re currently seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join a close-knit, family owned business with a minimum of 7.5 hours per week. Based in Robina, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting and enhancing the employee experience, while contributing to the overall growth and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the General Manager to develop and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as part of the performance review process

Coordinate core HR functions including implementing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance review processes to support employee retention and growth from day one.

Ensure employee records are up to date and align with current employment regulations

Provide advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Contribute to the ongoing refinement of HR operations and employee-focused initiatives

Apply knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety practices

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years of generalist HR experience, ideally within a consultancy or professional services setting

Employment Hero experience preferred but not essential

Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the business

Ability to assess challenges and provide practical, solution-oriented HR advice

Competent in HR software (Employment Hero preferred) and comfortable working within the Google Suite

A collaborative team player with a flexible and proactive attitude as working days will be dependent on outcomes required
