We have an immediate 6-month, full-time temporary opportunity to join our client's dynamic small but very busy People & Culture team as Senior Advisor, People & Culture (AO6). This is a broad People and Culture role, with a focus on generalist HR support as well as developing and implementing health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
Your experience:
Ideally, we are looking for a proven, experienced and dedicated HR practitioner that has:
- A broad HR skillset to confidently and effectively partner across the business, providing a wide range of HR and safety related advice and support
- Operational HR expertise with the flexibility to switch and adapt as work priorities change
- Experience managing sensitive HR related issues as well as a familiarity with WHS legislation and risk management, including WHS management frameworks and systems
- The ability to monitor, analyse and interpret workforce trends, metrics and data to reduce workplace injury and illness, optimise employee health and minimise loss of productivity
- Sophisticated communications with the ability to engage at all levels and motivation and drive to provide viable HR related and WHS options and solutions
- Recent experience working in a Queensland government department or statutory body is highly preferred.
Remuneration and Hybrid Options
Remuneration is in the range of $76 - $82.00 per hour plus super. Hybrid working is negotiable (3 days in the office and up to 2 days WFH).
