What Will You Do?

• Troubleshoot recruitment challenges for both clients and candidates – fast, efficiently, and creatively
• Source and attract top talent through headhunting, networking, and proactive strategies
• Build and maintain strong, solution-oriented relationships with candidates and clients alike
• Ensure every recruitment process is compliant and aligned with industry best practices

What Will You Need?

• Experience in Manufacturing – either in recruitment or a fast-paced admin role
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and critically
• High level of organisational skills and confident decision-making ability
• A proactive mindset and a drive to achieve outcomes and continuously improve
