Your Role on the Wards Team:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Be trained to become a market specialist, recruiting nurses for hospitals across a whole state
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates (everything from cold outreach to reconnecting with our database)
• Use your sales and relationship-building skills to grow your desk and make a real impact
• Work in a high-performing team that supports each other’s success
• Be part of a business that helps ensure healthcare reaches the people who need it most
