Kollab Recruitment is seeking multiple Chefs to work in a kitchen at a residential activity campus in Rawson, Victoria!

Based in the beautiful Gippsland region, you'll work in a scenic and peaceful location with a welcoming community, providing high-end dining-style food for international school children, a group of 75!

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef - trade qualified
• A passion for creating healthy and balanced meals, tailored to meet the needs of students and school staff.
• A commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Availability to work across Monday-Sunday for the initial 5-week contract period (with opportunities for ongoing work with other school groups anticipated to be coming from oversees)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Food preparation, cooking, and ensuring a safe working environment
• Ensuring all team members are working efficiently and safely.
• Preparing balanced, nutritious meals in accordance with school dietary requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
