EMJC Earthmoving & Plant Hire has been operating since 2008, providing plant hire, heavy haulage and maintenance solutions for the mining, civil and construction industry.
With branches located in Perth, Newman and an onsite team in Collie, an opportunity has arisen for an Administration Officer to join our Perth team based in Hazelmere
Please note, this role is based at our busy reception and is a crucial element of presenting the high level of professionalism associated with our branding.
The role:
· Management of office presentation
· Management of reception, boardroom and office guests
· Process various bookings including travel, medical, training etc
· Stock control for office and PPE supplies
· Collating invoices and other paperwork
· Data entry of timesheets and other documents
· Completing credit applications
· General admin functions
You must have:
· Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
· Strong time management and organisational skills
· Ability to multi-task and source information
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Current Drivers License
