Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Exercising confidentiality regarding patient care and all aspects of the practice

Following policies and procedures

Liaising with patients, doctors, and team members

Answering phones

Managing patient accounts and taking payments

Updating patient details

General housekeeping when necessary

Undertaking other duties as required
