THE ROLE

With numerous projects underway and in the pipeline, we are seeking a skilled Site/Civil Engineer with who shares our passion for the construction industry. This role will help produce accurate and timely cost estimates, oversee and coordinate the technical aspects of a project and support the project delivery team as a whole. The ideal candidate will be meticulous in their work and ensure that all documentation is produced to a high standard and will demonstrate excellent communication skills, build strong working relationships with the team and our customers and take pride in upholding the company's values in all areas of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction works.

· Interpret technical drawings and specifications.

· Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.

· Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety procedures.

· Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

· Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and site documentation.

· Support environmental and quality management initiatives on site.

About You:

· Degree in Civil Engineering

· 1–3 years of experience in a site-based civil engineering role (graduates with site experience during internships are also encouraged to apply).

· Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, standards, and codes.

· Excellent communication and organisational skills.

· A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

· White Card, a valid driver’s licence and rights to work in Australia is required.
