About the role
The City of Sydney has an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic and dynamic professional to join a small team that drives service experience improvements through systems, process and data management change.
You'll lead the Division’s change management and customer (internal and external) experience programs and partner with diverse stakeholders to identify and assess the change, look at the impact of the change and co-develop a prioritised program of work to successfully implement the change.
We're looking for someone with:
extensive experience managing change in an operational setting and working with multiple stakeholders to drive change and improvements in service delivery
experience in developing change communications and training collateral (with specialists if needed), and implementing change and conducting training within a large organisation
highly developed oral and written communication skills, coupled with interpersonal skills to deliver presentations which influence change and drive engagement.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
