About the role
Telum is seeking expressions of interest from experienced civil construction workers to join our client’s team all throughout the North Side of Brisbane. This is a casual role, offering different locations, ongoing works and full-time opportunities after 6 months.

What you'll be doing

Performing a range of civil construction tasks, including earthworks, road construction, drainage, and site preparation

Operating heavy machinery and equipment - for those ticketed.

Participating in the construction of various infrastructure projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards

Collaborating with the wider construction team to ensure efficient and safe project delivery

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site

What we're looking for

Proven experience in civil construction, with a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience.

Roller Driver/Roller Operator.

Concreters – finishing, pouring etc.

Electrical spotters – with ticket.

Pipe layers.

Competent in the operation of heavy machinery and equipment

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions

Relevant construction industry certifications and licences, such as a white card and forklift licence

What we offer

Above Award Casual Rates.

Overtime penalty rates and daily travel allowance.

Monday to Friday - weekends occasional.
