Job Description:
Tiger Workforce Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and skilled tradespeople for full-time roles in Quinns Rocks, WA. You will be responsible for contributing to a variety of building and construction projects, ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform trade-specific duties such as engineering design and planning, plastering, tiling, masonry, and bricklaying.

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to execute work to required standards.

Collaborate with site managers, supervisors, and team members to meet project goals and deadlines.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with WHS requirements.

Provide support and mentorship to junior staff as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the applied trade or engineering field.

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on ability in the respective role.

Proven ability to read and interpret building plans.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Relevant certifications or trade qualifications preferred.
